Our mission here at Surprise Care is to help people get in to see a medical provider when they need to for an affordable price. All too often people say "I have a doctor, I just can't ever get in when I call, I'm sick now, not a week from now!" or "My deductible is so large that I pay full price anywhere I go for medical care". At Surprise Care, our member-patients have the peace of mind in knowing that their medical need will be met conveniently and quickly because they have their medical provider's personal phone number. Member patients know that they will be seen when they call for an appointment and sometimes (with our video-chat options) they don't even have to leave the comfort of their home. Member-patients pay a small monthly fee and enjoy privileges such as unlimited visits per month, discounted medicines dispensed from the clinic,  and access to their provider's personal phone number!
